All rooms have private facilities. Suites, family rooms, doubles and twins are with both bath & shower. Singles are with en-suite shower.

Doubles            from £74.00 to £115.00
Singles              from £52.00 to £78.00
Suite                  from £86.00 to £140.00 *(Double/twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom and separate sitting area.

• Rates include Service, VAT at 20% (see note below) and our Eagle House breakfast (Fresh fruit, Fruit Juices, Freshly squeezed orange juice, Grapefruit, Yoghurt, extensive choice of Cereals, home-baked croissants, Freshly brewed Coffee or Tea – including Infusions . Full Cooked breakfast is £6.00 extra

• Please note that rates on our online booking facility are net of VAT and that
      any special rates can only be booked direct and are not available online.      

• Children sharing parents' rooms are accommodated free

• We reserve the right to levy a 40% non-refundable deposit at the time the reservation is made.

Rates are per room and include service and VAT at 20% and our Eagle House breakfast. At any given time only a limited number of rooms are available as "specials" and these rates must be requested at the time the reservation is made.
